SF Commercial team are recruiting for a full time Permanent Customer services administrator to join a growing and successful business in Kettering.A quick start for the right person. Salary is £20,475 plus benefits and its Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm or 9:30am to 5:30pm. The main job purpose is to Participate in the call centre activities of the Customer Service Team. Including, but not limited to handling incoming enquiries, orders and outbound calls to customers. The main duties of the Customer Services Administrator should always be to deliver customer service excellence in every transaction they are involved in. They should have a strong attention to detail and quality. Main Responsibilities - Manage and maintain predetermined service levels - Provide a professional service to customers - Escalate unresolved issues as required - Provide ad hoc administrative and customer service support to customers - Process orders and credits within the internal CS System - Be capable of developing a broad product knowledge to adequately perform the function of the role - Facilitate direct supplier orders - Display case management skills - Be capable of liaising between different departments to ensure desired outcomes and information flow - The role may require the incumbent to perform any other duties to ensure the efficient running of their department or area The Ideal Candidate - Has excellent interpersonal skills, good telephone manner and a professional approach - Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Has a high level of competency in ICT (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Can prioritise work, cope with competing deadlines and use initiative in a variety of situations - Understands the need for confidentiality, tact, and discretion - Has an organised and methodical approach to administrative duties. - Is accurate and pays attention to detail - Has the ability to work on their own and display initiative - Has obtained 5 GCSE's at grade C or above, or has 2 years Customer Service experience - Always establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers - Consistently shows a passion for getting things done & meeting commitments to others - Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers - Gets first hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services - Shows professional respect and courtesy to customers and colleagues - Focuses on identifying opportunities to benefit customers - Talks and listens to customers to clarify their real needs and expectations - Strives to resolve customer concerns - Offers advice and guidance in responding to customer enquiries Please do get in touch if you would like to know more about this role is and thank you
