About Redcroft Care Homes LTD
Redcroft Care Homes Ltd is a private and developing organisation based in Edinburgh
supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health on a Residential, Housing Support Services and Home Care basis in Edinburgh.
We are currently recruiting for Support Workers in Colinton, Edinburgh. As an Autism and
Specialist Behavioural Support worker, you will be responsible for supporting people
with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour to live full lives, develop
skills and maintain their wellbeing. The role is based within a tenancy-based environment
and some of the service users may require 2-1 staff support.
Our shifts vary over a 24/7 period, but the earliest shift starts at 7am; the latest finishing
time is 10pm. Full-time and Part-time vacancies available.

Do you have at least 1 year of experience working with people with Learning Disabilities,
Are you based in the Edinburgh area?
Do you have Qualifications of SVQ 2 or higher in health and social care (or equivalent)
LiN Group has an exciting opportunity for a Care Supervisor to one of its teams within its Care and
Support at Home and Housing Support Services within Edinburgh and the Lothians. Supporting
adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
You will have considerable experience working with people with learning disabilities, at a minimum of lead worker and or supervisor level.
You will have your at least an SVQ/NVQ Level 3, and either have or be progressing further with your higher level personal and professional development.
You will possess a clean Driving License
You will have excellent communication skills at all levels
You will be a good team player
You will be proactive person who relishes all types of challenges
You will be someone who has a passion for quality care
