This is Reneilwe, Head of Business Development at MetaCompliance. Every day, I work with the most impressive team of SDRs. We have grown our team from the ground up and I know this because it's where I started too, just a few years ago. Recently we have set up sales teams (just like this) in Portugal and Denmark and we are now looking to expand our Derry team! We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team. We need someone with an appetite for success, someone who loves to SMASH their targets and takes ownership for their own successes. Great SDRs will leverage our extensive and world-class sales enablement technology stack to help reach milestones. What does it take to make an amazing SDR: You need to be hardworking and up for a challenge. Although we don't require sales experience we know people from a hospitality, retail, or target driven background have been successful in the past. We have an award-winning platform that really impresses our customers (and makes our job much easier!). You are driven and ambitious - most people see this role as a career, not just a job. Communication is key - both verbal and written. This is essential and we will help coach you. A Team player - all of our team members work together and have fun along the way. Our daily team huddles allow us to share and celebrate success, as well as learn and grow from challenges. An individual who gets excited about uncapped earning potential - we like to work hard and play hard! What won't work: This role isn't for everyone and that's fine - we'd rather be honest. If you want to be a number (clock in/clock out), this role isn't for you. You can't accept knockbacks - this role will reward you well but there will be some tough days! It's not all unicorns and rainbows. Taking yourself to seriously - this is a tough job but a sense of humour makes it a lot easier! Someone who is not willing to do some self-learning will struggle. We will give you lots of support, but you must have resilience and be able to find your own motivation too. Still interested? We want to hear from you!
