Problem Manager (ITIL) | Manchester | Contract until November | £46 per hour | Inside IR35

Your new role
Communicate timely and effectively on the status of systems and services, as per Service Centre Management processes.
Drive incident resolution through effective collaboration with the relevant subject matter experts and ITIL functions. Monitoring the implementation of agreed resolutions ensuring that the issue has been resolved.

What you’ll need to succeed
Proficient in Problem Management reporting tools/methodology and requirements
Familiar with all ITIL Service Support functions
Familiar with Problem Management tools and methodologies
ITIL (ISEB) qualified to Problem Manager Practitioner level
