As a key player in a cross-functional team of scientists, program managers, and business analysts, you'll create solutions that empower hundreds of thousands of Associates in EU warehouses to learn and grow. Your work will shape Amazon's learning programs and make a lasting impact on hundreds of thousands of Amazon Associates. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS PhD, or a Master's degree and experience in CS, CE, ML or related field. Experience in building models for business application. Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language. Strong understanding of GenAI or NLP fundamentals and passionate about the latest research in this field. Proficiency in designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines, and cloud-based data infrastructure. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience using Unix/Linux. Experience in professional software development. Hands-on experience developing and deploying NLP and GenAI applications, such as machine translations, text to text, and text to image generation. Knowledge of RAG and its applications. Experience with fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) for learning GenAI applications. Knowledge of prompt engineering.
