Our Software Engineer roles provide an opportunity to learn how to create the software that will underpin our technology transformation. Software Engineers work to create new products and platforms and maintain and enhance our existing applications. You'll spend 80% of your time gaining real hands-on experience in the role and the other 20% will be dedicated to your Apprenticeship studies and working towards that full BsC (Hons) degree! About you To join us on a Level 6 (Degree) Apprenticeship (England) or a Graduate Apprenticeship (Scotland) Apprentice you should: Have at least five GCSEs or Scottish National 5s at A*-C or 9-4 grade (or equivalent), including English and Maths Have, or be on track for, at least three A-Levels at grades B,C,C or above (England) OR four Highers at grades B,B,B,C or above (Scotland) or a Level 3 equivalent. If one of these subjects is in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths) subject that's great, but by all means it is not a requirement! Have an understanding or experience of coding - whether through your studies, or as an outside interest.
