Key Responsibilities: Ground Maintenance Operative : Perform regular mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, planting, and pruning to maintain a neat and aesthetically pleasing environment. Hardscape Upkeep : Clean and maintain paths, patios, driveways, and outdoor facilities to ensure safety and functionality. Litter and Waste Control : Collect and dispose of litter, leaves, and debris to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the grounds. Equipment Handling : Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and pressure washers, adhering to safety standards. Seasonal Tasks : Undertake seasonal duties, including gritting, snow clearance, and preparing grounds for varying weather conditions. General Repairs : Perform minor repairs to fences, gates, and other outdoor structures as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in landscaping, public sector and government ground maintenance operative, or a related field is mandatory. Must be able to commute to Hounslow.
