Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities General Maintenance & Repairs - Conduct minor repairs, basic plumbing, painting, and general handyman tasks. Scheduled Servicing - Manage and attend planned service visits (e.g. boiler servicing, fire safety checks). Tenant Support - Act as the first point of contact for maintenance queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Record Keeping - Maintain detailed logs of maintenance work and service visits. Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure properties meet safety regulations in collaboration with third-party consultants. Requirements Proven experience in property maintenance or management. Strong handyman skills (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Clean UK driving licence (company vehicle provided). Willingness to handle occasional out-of-hours emergencies.
