About the Role: As the go-to person onsite, you ll be the first point of contact for both employees and customers, swiftly resolving any day-to-day issues. Whether you re covering reception duties, jumping on the tills during busy spells, or simply using your initiative to keep things running smoothly, you ll play a key role in delivering a seamless park experience. You ll lead by example, supervising the customer service and sales team, ensuring they actively promote all our products. Managing the Lifeguarding team will also be part of your remit, with customer safety always your top priority. You ll make sure staff consistently follow Normal Operating Procedures, keeping standards high and operations safe. Coaching and supporting the team will be second nature to you. You ll provide on-the-spot guidance, address any concerns, and escalate issues when needed. Timekeeping will be in your capable hands too, ensuring employees clock in and out as scheduled. You ll also oversee regular inspections of equipment and facilities, keeping thorough records and maintaining first aid supplies to guarantee everything is in top shape. From opening up to closing down, you ll be the driving force behind daily operations. Whether it s covering a brief Lifeguard shift, making sure first aid forms are accurately completed, or ensuring all daily tasks are ticked off, you ll be at the heart of keeping the park safe, efficient, and fun.
