Working with local leadership, you'll be tasked with growing the NI team's Project / Cost monitoring output in Belfast, liaising with current clients and seeking to add to the customer base. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with circa 5 years post-Chartership experience placing you at the projected level required to fulfill this function. You'll have practical experience as a 'traditional QS' - ie taking off quantities (QTOs), compiling price lists, valuing and certifying works completed. You should be proficient in the preparation of contractor documents, and have experience across standard forms including NEC3/4, JCT and traditional. Ideally your background will have covered both private and public sector works, but more important is a can-do attitude, team-player ethos and a motivation to success in a stand-alone position within an ambitious consultancy.
