About the Role This is a key role supporting the Group Tax Director in the coordination and management of global indirect tax obligations for the Yondr business across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. As the first indirect tax specialist hire, the focus will be on ensuring comprehensive compliance with a wide range of indirect tax regulations, including Value Added Taxes ("VAT"), Withholding Tax ("WHT"), the construction industry scheme ("CIS") and other applicable indirect taxes and similar schemes globally. Main Responsibilities Managing the group's indirect tax compliance timetable, ensuring that filings and tax payments deadlines for all group companies are accurately recorded and monitored. Develop and document our tax calculation policies and return submission processes. Identify areas where controls can be enhanced and continuously assist in improving the integrity of the VAT and other indirect tax submission processes with cross functional teams. Facilitate indirect tax awareness across the business through targeted training programs. Manage relationships with external tax advisors on indirect tax matters. Support the resolution of indirect tax audits with tax authorities. Collaborate with the Group Tax Director on developing processes as we enter new markets or commence data centre projects. Deliver updates and recommendations on relevant new legislation to the business. Advise on implementing indirect tax compliance technology, including e-invoicing globally. Qualifications and Experience 4+ years of relevant industry or professional services experience with a tax qualification or a chartered accountancy background. Real estate experience is desirable. Proven experience in managing indirect tax compliance within a multinational environment. Familiarity with financial reporting and general ledger reconciliation. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. They will be responsible for the execution planning, communication, and tracking of Sustainability initiatives to drive buildings-focused decarbonization, energy efficiency, and resource positivity (waste, water, biodiversity) for the First (CF), Middle (ATS), and/or Last (AMZL) Mile business units (BU) GES supports in the EU. The Sr Sustainability Execution Planning PM's focus will be to ensure connectivity between BU sustainability strategies and the implementation by GES Execution teams, foster thought leadership, and enhance data transparency and communication. This opportunity combines technical construction engineering disciplines, program planning, and project management.
