The Remote Telesales Executive will play a key role in generating high-quality sales leads and appointments for clients. Detailed Responsibilities for the Telesales Executive; Sales & Lead Generation Conduct outbound B2B telemarketing and telesales calls to engage with prospective clients. Generate high-quality leads and set appointments for clients. Meet and exceed the minimum target of 12-15 appointments per month (subject to confirmation at the interview stage). Effectively communicate product and service benefits to potential customers. Client & Team Collaboration Work closely with the Senior Campaign Manager to ensure client expectations are met. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support lead generation activities. Provide feedback and insights to enhance sales processes and campaign success. Performance & Target Management Achieve and exceed personal and company-wide sales targets. Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and lead status in the CRM system. Participate in regular check-ins and performance reviews, including a 4-week probation check-in. Experience, Qualifications/Training, and Person Specification Essential experience for the Teleales Executive. Minimum of one year of outbound B2B telesales, telemarketing, or cold-calling experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and succeed in a competitive environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Professional, friendly, and confident telephone manner. Ability to work independently while being an effective team player. Desirable skills for the Telesales position; Experience working within a lead generation or appointment-setting role.
