Lead Innovation as Implementation Manager for a Cutting-Edge Financial Advice Network Join the new UK division of a leading global financial services group and spearhead the launch of an innovative, technology-driven financial advice network. As the first hire in this pivotal role, you'll build a high-performing implementation team, streamline adviser onboarding, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI and financial planning tools to transform how advice is delivered. Key Responsibilities Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Implementation Executives Oversee the onboarding lifecycle of adviser firms, ensuring smooth adoption of investment propositions and advice tools Guide firms through CRM, client portal, and reporting system setup Ensure seamless integration with central platforms and AI-supported advice tools Develop scalable frameworks and standardised workflows Act as a trusted partner to adviser firms, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders Ensure all implementation activities align with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks Capture feedback, monitor implementation progress, and work with product and operations teams to enhance systems and processes Skills & Experience Proven experience in building and leading operational/implementation teams Strong understanding of the UK financial advice and wealth management sector Knowledge of investment products, wrappers, platforms, and restricted advice models Track record of successful onboarding and implementation of financial technology solutions Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Strong communication and relationship management skills Technical knowledge of CRM systems, financial planning tools, and AI-driven advice technologies Rewards & Benefits Performance Bonus: Potential bonus of up to 10% Pension: 10% non-contributory Pension Comprehensive Health Coverage: Private Medical Insurance Life Assurance: Benefit from 8x salary cover for peace of mind To apply, submit your CV today.
