The staff or subcontractors available to you should be equipped and motivated to deliver operations to excellent standards of safety, compliance and efficiency. You will retain responsibility of your work through to completion, so when planning, you will liaise closely with your LCM around forecasted work volumes, costs, and challenges to ensure planned output is met. Ensure that work specifications and method statements are fully completed and the selected team to carry out the work are trained and compliant for the tasks. During work planning, you will ensure operational procedures, safe working methods and best environmental practices are followed according to customer requirements and Company compliance procedures. You will make sure all documentation required to carry out work in a compliant manner is available to the work team. If required, you will complete the sections of this, relevant to your role, before site work starts. You will provide regular tracking updates to your LCM. Your work must comply with current legislation and you will continuously reinforce the importance of safety performance and internal company and customer standards.
