You'll be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key referral partners from independent garages and body shops to insurance brokers, car dealerships, fleet operators, and taxi firms. Your goal is to introduce their accident management services so that they become the trusted go-to solution when your clients customers need help after a non-fault accident. You will be tasked with identifying and approaching potential referral partners within the motor and insurance sectors, promoting the benefits of referring clients to your accident management service. This will include nurturing and growing a pipeline of active agents across your territory, delivering training and support to partners so they understand the process and feel confident referring, being tasked with hitting monthly KPIs for new partner acquisition and referral volumes. You will have the backing of a supportive team here and full training on their services and systems to help you do the job to the best of your abilities. To be considered for this role you will need proven B2B sales experience within the insurance sector, within an accident management or claims company, with strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. You will also need to be highly self-motivated with a proactive approach and a hunger and drive to grow the network. Please note a Full UK driving licence will be needed (as field-based travel is to be expected). Salary on offer is £50-70k+ performance-based commission, company car or allowance. If so we have a fantastic opportunity for you here, to join a successful insurance broking group that is owner led and who offer a genuinely great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. It s an exciting time to be joining them in their Stockton office, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future. As part of these plans, they have been growing their business development team (which now sits at 8) and are now looking for someone who can come in and manage and lead this team forward. You will be responsible for managing the telesales team, monitoring team and individual performance, setting weekly and monthly sales targets, compiling and presenting reports as well as leading by example, where necessary and calling and securing prospects, reporting into the Head of Sales & Marketing of the group. There are plans afoot to take this team to 12 over the next 6 months, so you will also be responsible for the recruitment of the new staff, being involved within interviewing and decision making on the next hires here. Salary on offer is £35-40k basic plus bonus (Circa £5k pa) Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, however they offer flexi time, so you can work 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am to 6pm to suit.
