We're on a mission to help our community take control of their wellbeing, and we re looking for a passionate Health Mentor to join our team. Role Overview As a Health Mentor, you'll be the friendly face and expert guide helping individuals make informed choices about their health. You ll deliver one-on-one support, group workshops, and community outreach programs focused on nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing, and more. What You'll Do Provide tailored health advice and coaching to individuals and groups Develop and deliver engaging health promotion workshops Support clients in setting and achieving realistic health goals Collaborate with local health services and community organisations Maintain accurate records and contribute to service evaluations What We re Looking For A recognised qualification in health promotion, mental wellbeing fitness, nutrition, or related field or substantial work experience in a related field. Excellent communication and motivational skills Experience working with diverse communities Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others Ability to work independently and as part of a team This post will have a specialism in bereavement and mental wellbeing support so some experience of this area of work would be an advantage.
