The role involves preparing authentic indiancurry dishes mostly and, operating the tandoor for breads and kebabs, and ensuring consistent taste and quality. Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, maintaining hygiene standards, managing stock, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. Previous experience in Indian cuisine, strong knowledge of spices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Sponsorship provided if required.
