They are looking to an IT Applications Analyst fluent to a professional standard in German to complement their Manchester Applications support team. You will predominantly support German language enterprise applications, although you will also be tasked to work on others. You will troubleshoot issues as they arise and offer support in the installation, maintenance and upgrades on a range of applications. This is a front facing role offering support to users and so exceptional communication skills are vital. Our client is a Microsoft house, although they also have a number of applications that are specific to them and their sector. Training can be offered on applications you may not be familiar with.
