As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work across Back End systems, DevOps pipelines, data engineering, and AI projects, touching multiple products and directly influencing how value is delivered to users. You'll have enormous amount of autonomy and project ownership working in a fast paced start up environment. Responsibilities Own Product-Facing AI Solutions: Build and enhance AI-driven features within our product. Develop ML Models: Collaborate on research, training, optimization, and deployment of ML models across the platform. Design & Develop Scalable Systems: Contribute to Back End and full-stack development, focusing on robust APIs and efficient data flows. Database Management: Work with SQL and NoSQL systems (Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB) to design, optimize, and maintain data storage. DevOps & Infrastructure: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, streamline deployments, and ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure. Data Engineering: Design and execute pipelines to support analytics and product enhancements. What We're Looking For Product Mindset: Engineers who focus on delivering solutions that genuinely improve user experience. Ownership: Ability to take projects from ideation to launch, navigating ambiguity with creative solutions. Curiosity: A drive to continuously learn-whether about customer problems, technical innovations, or domain knowledge. Drive & Agility: Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where speed, iteration, and thoughtful architecture are all essential. Must-Haves 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (Back End, DevOps, or full stack). Proficiency in Python, with experience building ML-oriented solutions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Hands-on DevOps experience (CI/CD, version control). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms, ideally Azure. Strong SQL & NoSQL experience (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Postgres). Right to Work in the UK - must already be UK-based with valid work authorization. In the office at least 3 days a week.
