You will develop as a practice lead which will be integral to supporting the Team Manager to implement change and embed new ways of working. You will supervise and mentor staff and be responsible for managing a small complex caseload of a mixed priority of work. You will have experience of safeguarding vulnerable people and will act as a safeguarding manager for the people you supervise. Using strength-based approaches you will promote the principles of choice and control, personalisation, and self-directed support to ensure that where possible people and their care givers can assess and manage their own needs, risks, and uncertainties. You will work with other Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Community Care Officers in a fast-paced team.
