IT Support Technician - Key Responsibilities: Manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Complete all administrative tasks and documentation promptly. Maintain accurate records using IT Service Management tools. Promote best practices and follow change control processes. Plan and organise workload effectively to maximise productivity. Review progress and performance regularly with the Team Lead. IT Support Technician - Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 6+ months' experience in an IT Support role. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory. Experience administering Office 365. Exposure to Cloud support (desirable). Experience working with SLAs. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
