HR Advisor Covering 3 sites in Essex/ Suffolk Part time - 32hrs (5 shorter days or 4 days) Up to £35,978 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience) We re currently working with a well-established, independent business operating within the retail sector, who are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support their growing team across multiple sites in Essex and Suffolk. About the Role: As HR Advisor, you ll be a key part of the internal HR team, providing professional and proactive HR guidance to managers across approximately 300 employees. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, and enjoys building strong, coaching-style relationships with operational leaders. You ll be involved in a wide range of generalist HR duties including employee relations casework, absence management, recruitment support, policy updates, and project-based work that supports broader HR strategy.
