They have a global client base and are renowned for offering best in class products to a number of industries. This great company are now seeking an experienced Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures Design Engineer to join their team. The role will involve designing Jigs, Fixtures, and Tools for the manufacture of precision engineered products, such as valves and pressure vessels for demanding applications. This includes the design of Press Tools, Lost Wax Investment Mould Tools, PFA Mould Tools, Machining Fixtures, Weld Fixtures, Assembly Fixtures and Pressure Test Equipment The role responsibilities will include: 3D Design of Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures Full lifecycle design from concept through to production Manufacturing Optimisation Problem Solving Working closely with design and manufacturing teams The ideal candidate will be able to boast the following experience: Tooling Design Jigs and Fixtures Design 3D CAD experience Experience of press tools, mould tools, PFA Tools, Lost Wax Investment Tools (or similar) would be useful Good problem solving ability Excellent communication skills This is a permanent role offering an excellent opportunity for a Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures Engineer to help manufacture world class products, for a company who is proud of their manufacturing heritage.
