We are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded professional to take ownership of multiple contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Oversee and control project costs, ensuring contracts are delivered on budget and to agreed financial targets. Manage and review cost plans at handover, guaranteeing accuracy and transparency. Lead and contribute to internal contract meetings, providing progress updates and actionable insights. Negotiate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors and service providers to achieve best value and strengthen commercial outcomes. Drive the delivery of service centre margins and profitability targets. Prepare and maintain Health & Safety documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and legislation. Oversee service reviews, ensuring quality, efficiency and continuous improvement. Build strong, positive relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. About You Proven track record in contracts management, with excellent commercial and financial acumen. Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and effective site set up. Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence, resolve issues and build trusted relationships. Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external partners. Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Roofing knowledge/experience across multiple systems (advantageous but not essential). Ideally SMSTS qualified.
