You ll play a key role in shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management. Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal policies. Partner with managers to build capability and drive best practice in people management. Lead or support the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company values and culture. Champion initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive, and engaging company culture. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR colleagues and business leaders to deliver strategic people solutions. Monitor employment law developments and proactively update policies and practices. Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leadership teams. Support or lead projects across Ireland and/or wider Europe, applying local employment law knowledge where applicable. What We re Looking For Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Employee Relations role. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application. Experience in integrating new companies and driving cultural alignment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism. Experience with Irish and/or European employment law is a strong advantage. Due to continued growth, there exists the key strategic requirement to recruit a Head of Private Client at either a Solicitor, Associate or Salaried Director level.
