Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Compliance & Loss Manager to join our team in Northampton, supporting our Clicklink business. With regular travel between our Northampton and Swadlincote sites, you will play a critical role in minimising stock loss across the network with a primary focus on the operation including key customer accounts. You will also be responsible for identifying areas of potential loss using data analysis, operational knowledge, process compliance and ensuring robust security and control measures are in place. This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:30 till 17:00. However, we do ask for flexibility, this is logistics after all! As well as regular travel to Swadlincote (weekly), you will be required to visit other depots within the network on at least a quarterly basis. A hire car or business mileage will be available.
