The Role: The Twenty One Group are working in partnership with a leading business within the Building Services sector and we are currently supporting their campaign to identify a Contracts Manager from a Mechanical background to join their expanding team in Aberdeen Job Description: Work as part of the Operations team, where you will be responsible for management of multiple projects The ability to fully understand and interpret technical drawings and be able to discuss with knowledge the technical elements within the project. To liaise with internal team members and support various elements within the delivery process To liaise with external subcontractors where applicable To plan and organise workload accordingly Preparation of risk assessments Add input to variables within the project and liaise with Directors and commercial teams to ensure there is synergy between the operational and commercial elements of the project. The Candidate: A demonstrative track record within the building services sector Proven record of working as a Contracts manager or someone ready to step up from Project management The ability to manage and motivate trades teams. The ability to fully comprehend technical drawings and bill of quantities. Astute commercial awareness The package: Our client is one of the market leaders and will pay market leading rates for the right candidate. The location: Our client is based in Aberdeen and typically projects are in and around this area, occasionally further afield.
