You ll be supporting amazing individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs to live independently and enjoy life. Think: Trips to the cinema, bowling, shopping, and fun group activities Helping with everyday tasks like cooking, budgeting, and medication Being a friendly face and a steady hand when someone needs it most Encouraging confidence, independence, and joy every single day What You ll Need A full UK Driving Licence (you ll be driving our company cars) A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others Experience in care is great but not essential. We ll train you up!
