Northumbrian Water are looking to appoint a Chef de partie on an ongoing temporary contract to cover a long term sickness in the team. This role will be based in Kielder.Working hours between 10-am-9pm working 5 days a week. Duties include: Assisting in the food preparation process Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes Preparing vegetables, meats and fish Assisting other Chefs Helping with deliveries and restocking Assisting with stock rotation Cleaning stations Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
