Are you an experienced Frontend Tech Lead with a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications? We are seeking a full-time, remote Tech Lead to join a growing business. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the frontend vision, mentoring engineers, and implementing best practices using modern technologies. If you have expert knowledge of Angular (v16+) and TypeScript, and a strong background in architecting robust single-page applications (SPAs), we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead technical design discussions and code reviews, promoting clean code and modular architecture. Implement solutions using Angular (v16+), AngularJS, and TypeScript. Testing strategies with tools like Cypress to ensure quality and coverage. Integrate innovative tools like GitHub Copilot. Mentor frontend engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on initiatives. What We're Looking For Professional software development experience. Tech Lead or senior engineering role. Expert level proficiency in Angular (v16+), AngularJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Deep understanding of RxJS and reactive programming. Proven experience designing scalable SPA architectures. Proficiency in Angular CLI, npm, and build tools. Experience integrating with RESTful APIs. Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and automation tools. Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills. A self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team mindset. Nice to have: Familiarity with Azure DevOps. Experience with micro frontend architecture. Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx).
