This is a hands-on management role with hybrid flexibility. Key Responsibilities Quality Management & Compliance Manage and maintain ISO 9002 and ISO 14002 quality systems. Carry out regular internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies. Oversee accurate invoicing and consistency across business processes. Monitor staff attendance using a mobile workforce app. Handle customer satisfaction monitoring and client engagement. Site Audits & Service Standards Conduct site audits across cleaning and facilities contracts. Assess service standards and produce management reports. Implement and follow up on corrective actions. Work with operational teams to resolve issues quickly. Training, Health & Safety & Wellbeing Review and improve staff induction and training programmes. Ensure compliance in Health & Safety, COSHH, RIDDOR, Safeguarding. Carry out wellbeing checks and training assessments with staff. Monitor and support new starter induction progress. Weekly & Monthly Duties Check attendance logs and follow up on anomalies. Track staff training and induction completion. Monitor remedial action plans at underperforming sites. Conduct vehicle safety checks and analyse reports. Calculate carbon footprint data from energy usage. Audit invoices for accuracy and compliance. Attend monthly management meetings and present findings. Candidate Requirements We are looking for a motivated Operations / Quality Manager with experience in cleaning, facilities management, or service industries. You will need: Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in quality auditing and compliance. Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Email). Confidence in challenging non-compliance professionally. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites. Based in Leicester or Midlands (field visits required).
