We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator based at Felixstowe Mega Distribution Centre. You will be responsible for data entry, processing, and documenting order details, assisting with customer services and general warehouse duties/stock control. Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities Ensuring that all daily admin tasks are completed in a timely and accurate fashion. Assisting with customer service queries via email or telephone. Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods. Daily routing of orders using the transport management system. Allocating and releasing orders. Physically counting and investigating stock queries. Essential Skills and Experience Experience in Warehousing and Supply Chain Logistics. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to external and internal clients. Confident in using MS Office, (Excel and Word). Driven and self-motivated. Good time management skills. Able to work to deadlines and meet targets. Team Player. You'll be delivering goods across the UK, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction at every stop. Salary: £37,500 annual Rota pattern: 4 on 4 off, so some weekend working will be required. Key Responsibilities: Drive a Class 1 HGV safely and efficiently Perform vehicle checks before and after each journey Deliver goods to clients on time and in good condition Complete delivery paperwork and log sheets Follow all UK driving regulations and company policies Requirements: Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence CPC qualification Digital Tachograph card Minimum 6 months experience preferred No more than 6 points on licence (no DR or IN convictions
