Field Service Engineer About the Role We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Manchester. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hardware equipment and Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery. The role involves both technical expertise and strong customer interaction. Key Responsibilities & Skills Diagnose and repair faults on MFDs, replacing parts where necessary. (Training provided) Install, configure, and update firmware/software. Perform quality checks and provide clear service reports. Driving License Needed (Any experience as an IT Field field engineer is preferred) Experience fault-finding and repairing MFDs (Multi function devices) or similar equipment. Strong IT knowledge Experience with Hardware/Software support (Bonus for exp supporting MFD's) Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
