About the Business Development role As our New Business Development Partner, you ll be the face of our consultancy connecting with decision-makers, understanding their challenges, and offering services that make a real difference. Identify and engage prospective clients across sectors Conduct consultative sales calls and meetings (virtual & in-person) Present bespoke solutions aligned with client needs and compliance goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding Support with the set up of a new CRM system Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline progress Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Support with the production of marketing and social media content About you You re driven, confident and commercially savvy with a genuine interest in workplace health and safety and HR compliance. Our New Business Development Partner will bring: Proven B2B sales or business development experience (ideally in consultancy, HR, or H&S services) Excellent communication and negotiation skills A proactive, self-motivated approach to lead generation Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with employment law or H&S frameworks (a plus, not essential) It is essential that you hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and you have your own vehicle.
