The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring all goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. Salary and working hours to be discussed. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including goods-in, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch. Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve KPIs and service levels. Monitor stock accuracy and support regular cycle counts and stock checks. Ensure all health & safety standards and company policies are strictly adhered to. Allocate workloads, manage shift planning, and provide clear communication to staff. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Liaise with transport, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
