They are looking for someone in the Scunthorpe area who can oversee up to 3 projects and undertake the paperwork for this, deal with design queries, manage the teams and ensure the projects are run to time and budget. To be considered for this role, you will hold SMSTS, NRSWA, CSCS and ideally EUSR however training can be provided for this. You will also have Utilities and Repair and Maintenance exposure with Water ideal and gained with main Contractors. Daily duties will include Pricing a number of schemes at any one time, overseeing the sub contractor accounts, issuing payments and cost reporting. To be considered for this role. you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have Highways Maintenance experience to your name gained within the Main Contracting environment.
