We are looking for a part time Support Worker to work with our dedicated team of day care staff. Your key responsibilities will be: Welcoming Guests and completing Initial Assessments Agreeing and implementing Support Plans Assisting with applications for benefits, grants and other entitlements Updating progress Providing practical and emotional support Making referrals and liaising with other support agencies Essential: Non-judgemental and positive Able to multi-task Experience of using Microsoft Preferred but not essential: Experience working with vulnerable people You will be provided with regular supervision and ongoing training.
