The Role We re looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant with at least a few years experience in a busy kitchen environment. You ll play an important role in supporting our Chefs and ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes. Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping calm under pressure. Communicate effectively and work as part of a supportive team. What We re Looking For: Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role (minimum a few years). Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
