Location: Hybrid London Full-Time, Permanent Salary - £40,000 £43,000 per annum About the Role We're looking for an HR Administrator who has a strong hands-on experience in Workday to join a busy HR Operations team. Based in the London office, you'll play a key role in supporting the full employee life cycle, ensuring HR processes and data are maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Handle the processing of new hires, leavers, internal moves, and any contractual updates in Workday, making sure all records are kept accurate and up to date Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers, assisting with Workday self-service and resolving related queries Support day-to-day HR questions and ensure employee files and HR data are properly maintained Help with HR reporting and provide administrative support across the HR team as needed Own specific HR Operations tasks - such as administering employee benefits or Early Careers programs Get involved in HR initiatives and help drive improvements to processes and ways of working Key Experience & Skills Essential hands-on experience using Workday - minimum 1 year.
