We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced plumber to work at a unique static site in Boston, Lincolnshire. There is a need to work 1 in 2 weekends but this would be on a rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary). The role of the plumber plays an important part in ensuring the planned and reactive maintenance work within the site. The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week (across 7 days where a weekend shift pattern is in place). You will be responsible for: Ensuring Health & Safety standards are met across the contract. Performing statutory works on time, ensuring compliance. Conducting routine and non-routine maintenance, including fault finding and repairs. Inspecting, sampling water, and assessing risks to maintain system integrity. Repairing mains water supply and address life-expired equipment. Monitoring the BMS System to ensure optimal performance. Supporting zero carbon initiatives, contributing to sustainability goals. Handling additional tasks as directed by your line manager, including working at height and in various weather conditions.
