Track and report on students' progress and provide regular updates to school staff and parents Support in class learning Intervention and Mentoring: Work with students who may be at risk of exclusion, offering targeted interventions and mentoring to improve engagement. Deliver small group sessions or structured activities aimed at improving social skills and emotional resilience. Promote Positive Behaviour: Reinforce positive behaviour through praise and rewards, helping to foster a safe and respectful learning environment. Assist with classroom management to ensure a structured and orderly environment conducive to learning. Safeguarding and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of students, following all safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures. Person Specification: Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting. Understanding of behaviour management strategies and how to apply them effectively. Strong communication skills to engage with students, school staff, and parents. Ability to build rapport with students, particularly those facing behavioural or emotional challenges. Patient, empathetic, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
