Support the monitoring and assessment of children s progress, using observation and documentation to track development. Work collaboratively with parents and carers, maintaining effective communication and ensuring that any concerns or queries are addressed promptly. As a keyworker for a group of children you will ensure every individual child s needs are met, every day Provide guidance and support to a team of Early Years Practitioners, ensuring that everyone is working together to meet the needs of the children.
