We are seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Operator to join our busy and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in customs operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle customs clearance processes for commercial vehicle operators across Europe and worldwide. Work as part of an operational team, liaising with clients face-to-face and over the telephone. Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. Support smooth and efficient operations in a 24/7 environment. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in customs clearance or a related operational role. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well as part of a busy team. Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Shift Pattern 12-hour shifts: Day shift: 8am - 8pm Night shift: 8pm - 8am Includes weekends. 14 shifts over a 4-week period.
