The role focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred support to a caseload of around 80 individuals with low to medium need. Key Responsibilities Deliver day-to-day support services to residents with multiple needs. Use motivational interviewing and asset-based approaches to develop support plans and risk assessments. Conduct regular reviews and respond to immediate support needs. Collaborate with external agencies including social services, police, and healthcare providers. Maintain accurate records and case management systems. Uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to service planning and development. What We re Looking For Recent experience in a relevant role, with confidence delivering general support work, both independently and as part of a team. Experience in one or more of the following: substance misuse, offending, homelessness, migrant/refugee challenges, or mental health challenges. Competency undertaking assessments. Familiarity with case management systems (INFORM). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one. The Candidate Successful candidates will come with experience, or understanding, of grant making, particularly with understanding of youth voice and systems change. They re looking to bring someone in with a good understanding of the principles of good grant making. This includes knowing the terminology and grant making practices. Candidates will also need to come into the organisation with an understanding of how youth voice can shape work. The foundation want to strengthen organisations that do youth voice work well. Candidates will need to come into this role with an understanding of youth voice and associated language. They are also keen on candidates with experience, or understanding of, systems change. This role is offered on a maternity cover for c. 10-12 months with a start date no later than October 2025. The Senior Strategic Projects Manager will implement successful strategies for strategic fundraising projects and campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Development and working with the Major Gifts, Individual Giving and Corporate Partnerships teams, you will be responsible for supporting solicitation campaigns of principal gifts and ensuring delivery of first-class stewardship of donors. The Senior Manager will also evaluate project strategy, approach and outcomes and facilitate relationships with senior colleagues and key volunteers to access new prospect networks. The selected candidate will have a personal track record in fundraising and ideally working with senior colleagues to secure significant gifts of £500,000 or more. You will have demonstrable success in stewardship and a successful track record of developing and maintaining a network of contacts. Ideally, the best person for this job will have proven experience of managing complex and nuanced donor relationships which require a bespoke approach and a high level of judgment.
