Strong understanding of portfolio and project controls. Skilled in schedule analysis, critical path methodology, and performance reporting. Proven experience with planning software, ideally Primavera P6. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop others. Security & Compliance Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance.
