What You Will Bring: - Experience in supporting internet products such as ADSL, VDSL, FTTC, FTTP, SoGEA, and Ethernet. - Strong knowledge of IP networking, including DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT, and VoIP. - Proven ability to configure, install, and troubleshoot routers, wireless access points, and Wi-Fi protocols. - Familiarity with telecommunications PBX systems such as Panasonic, Samsung, and Horizon. - Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
