Business Analyst - Acturis Implementation 12 month FTC Hybrid - London £80,000 - £90,000 Insurance Sector We're working with a leading global insurance services provider who are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their team on a 12-month FTC. This role is focused on Acturis platform implementation for commercial lines insurance products across multiple client locations, including the UK and Singapore. You'll play a key role in gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring a smooth delivery for clients. What you'll be doing: Running client requirement workshops and translating needs into clear functional and configuration specifications. Leading the end-to-end configuration of the Acturis platform for commercial lines. Providing training and support to junior BAs and other team members on Acturis functionality. Collaborating closely with stakeholders & clients across the business What we're looking for: Strong experience as a Business Analyst within the London market insurance or insurance broker industry. Proven track record in Acturis platform implementation for commercial lines. Skilled at requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and functional specification writing. Hands on configuration experience within Acturis.
