Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others. Understanding of regulatory and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GxP, FDA). Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent experience. Strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
