Support and implement individual care plans and risk assessments. Encourage independence and help young people develop essential life skills. Promote positive behaviours through resilience, consistency, and encouragement. Applicant Requirements Previous experience in residential childcare. Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children's & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent). Enhanced DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK. Availability for 37 hours per week on a shift basis. Full UK driving licence essential for travel requirements.
