Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm; Friday: 8am to 4pm Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience) 20 days holiday increasing to 22 with length of service Access to a health cash plan scheme Employee Assistance Programme Contributory company pension scheme Retail discounts Merchandiser Responsibilities: Take ownership of designated product areas, driving strategies to maximise sales and margin Partner with the buying team to support the build of balanced, commercial ranges through data-driven insights Collate and analyse sales and seasonal performance to highlight trends, must-haves, and best sellers Manage WSSI for allocated categories, ensuring accurate forecasting Take action to reduce terminal stock and maximise availability Collaborate with the warehouse and merchandising teams to optimise stock flow Support the planning and execution of promotional activity in line with company strategy Share KPIs and performance insights with the wider merchandising and buying teams, escalating risks where necessary Merchandiser Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail or e-commerce environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Confident in WSSI management, OTB, and margin planning Commercially minded with a proactive, problem-solving approach Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail This role offers a fantastic chance to develop within a supportive, fast-paced retail environment, where you'll have the autonomy to influence strategy while still being hands-on with day-to-day trading.
